Description of Service
Mozok is an iOS app that uses biomathematical models and data from Apple Health to generate cognitive readiness predictions. It helps you understand your predicted alertness and mental performance across the day based on your personal health patterns.
Mozok is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Medical Disclaimer
The predictions and insights provided by Mozok are for informational and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Do not use Mozok as a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have questions about your health, sleep, or cognitive function, consult a qualified healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information from this app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mozok. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You must also own or have authorized access to the Apple device and Apple Health data being used.
License
Mozok grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise derive source code from the app.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Mozok offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Current pricing is displayed within the app before any purchase is made.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies — Mozok does not issue refunds directly.
Intellectual Property
All source code, user interface, visual design, and algorithms in Mozok are proprietary and owned by Mozok. The biomathematical model is based on published scientific literature; Mozok's implementation of that model is proprietary.
Nothing in these terms grants you any right to Mozok's intellectual property beyond the limited license described above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Mozok is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cognitive readiness predictions are probabilistic estimates based on generalized models and your personal Apple Health data. Accuracy varies by individual, data quality, and circumstances. We make no guarantee that predictions will reflect your actual cognitive state at any given time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mozok's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. Mozok is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
Changes to These Terms
Mozok may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
